The real estate consultancy firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a 7,737 sq m logistics warehouse for storage usage to Grupo Rhenus, dedicated to goods transport and logistics. Aside, the property has been advised by the consultancy firm Aguirre Newman.
