CIMALSA, Centrals i Infraestructures per a la Mobilitat i les Activitats Logístiques, has leased a logistics space of 29,000 sq m built area to the urban furniture manufacturer Benito Urban, both advised by the real estate consultancy firm Estrada & Partners.

The leased area is located in a logistics warehouse equipped with several loading bays, having a leveler dock for vehicles, a clear minimum height of 10,4 m, counting with a fireproof metallic structure, sprinklers, BIES, fire estinguishers and sectorized fire walls, battery premises and fully equipped offices, among other features.
The logistics warehouse has a total built area of 54,000 sq m and belongs to a logistics complex promoted by CIMALSA.
The complex is located in Plans de la Sala Industrial Estate, in the municipality of Sallent, in Barcelona province, which counts with excellent communications by road through Eix del Llobregat highway, having an intersection between C-16 and C-25 roads (Eje Transversal de Cataluña).
