This is a fully equipped logistics warehouse, with 7 loading and unloading docks, 2 TIR access and equipped offices in mezzanine, among other features.
The logistics warehouse is located in “Gran Via Sud” Industrial Estate, in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat -20 minutes from Barcelona city-, next to “Fira de Mostres Montjuic 2” and ZAL II.
