ESTRADA & PARTNERS commercializes in exclusivity a logistics platform of 26,500 sq m to 70,000 sq m (modular) in Vitoria

The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has been selected to commercialize in exclusivity a logistics platform located in Vitoria.

The Logistics platform has an available lettable built area from 26,500 sq m to 70,000 sq m (modular), on a plot of 107,180 sq m, and it is composed by two sectors.

The platform is equipped with fully prepared high standard facilities, with a total of 33 loading docks and 28 pedestrian doors, fire protection system, 8 to 10 m of clear height and large maneuvering areas, among other features.

The property is located in Jundiz Industrial Estate, the ultimate logistics park of Basque Country, at the Southwest of the town of Vitoria, only 6 km from its city centre, on the axis of North corridor and the Atlantic intermodal axis. Thanks to its privileged location it has excellent connections by road with Spain and Europe, besides direct access to ports, airports and railways, and also different connections through public transportation.
