The accumulated contracting of logistcs warehouses amounted to 132,096 sq m, being distributed in the following way: 102,496 sq m in the First Ring and 29,600 sq m in the Third Ring, while there has not been any kind of contracting in the Second Ring of Barcelona.
Logistics warehouses contracting in view, 112,755 sq m (38,70%) correspond to new contacted area (net), while the remaining -178.555 sq m (61,29%)- correspond to the contracting carried out by companies that have relocated, mainly in order to approach the best areas at a price that, at the moment, is more than reasonable.

The main operations of that period were: 15,000 sq m leased to Aldeasa in Barcelona (First Ring), 20,000 sq m leased to ID Logistics in Vilarodona (Third Ring) and 10,000 sq m leased to Naeko in Sant Boi de Llobregat (First Ring).
The total number of Logistics transactions that haven been made at the end of the third trimester amounts to 34, while the average contacted area is 5,251,6 sq m.
Registered Logistics warehouses demand amounted to 369,700 sq m, being distributed as follows: 289,700 m² in the First Ring and 80,000 m² in the Third Ring.
No new speculative projects of logistics warehouses have been initiated, remaining the total area of state-of-the-art of ultimate logistics warehouses to let in Catalonia is still being 2,572,600 m², of which 1,562,700 sq m are located in the First Ring, 474,600 sq m in the Second and 535,300 sq m in the Third.
