The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised leasing transaction of a logistics warehouse of 2,585 sq m to the company Grup Alimentari Disteco, S.A., dedicated to the commercialization and distribution of fresh and processed food products.
It is a modular logistics warehouse, recently constructed and fully equipped with 8 loading and unloading docks, 13 m of clear height, equipped offices and facilities in perfect state of repair.
The logistics warehouse is located in “Can Volart” Industrial Estate, in Parets del Vallès, a town 27 km from Barcelona’s city center with excellent connections with Spain and Europe, through highways AP-7, C-33 and C-17.
Thus, Grup Alimentari Disteco moves to Parets del Vallès in order to expand the area of its facilities which were previously located in the neighboring town of Granollers.
