The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the purchasing transaction of an industrial warehouse of 918 sq m to the company Albi Line, S.L., dedicated to the wholesale of hairdressing and beauty products.
It is a newly constructed industrial warehouse with 10 metres of clear height and equipped with fire protection system –including hydrants, extinguishers and firewalls-, internal and external lighting, front yard, goods lift and prepared offices, among other features.
The industrial warehouse is located in “Les Guixeres” Industrial Estate, in the town of Badalona, just 8 km from Barcelona city. This is an established industrial and commercial area, located very close to the town center, so it has all kind of services and excellent connections with B-20 and C-31 motorways.
