Estrada & Partners advises Prologis in leasing a logistics platform of 18,440 sq m in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona) to Jevaso

The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing of a logistics platform of 18,440 sq m property of Prologis to the company Jevaso, dedicated on textile industry.


Barcelona, 19th March 2015

It is a logistics warehouse of 18,440 sq m total floor area with excellent corporate image, distributed in 4 modules and fully equipped. It has a clear height from 7 m, several loading and unloading bays, a dock leveler, protection system against fire and offices.

The property is located in CIM Vallès Industrial Estate, in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, at 17 km of Barcelona. It is the high rotation logistics complex of the metropolitan area of Barcelona, formed by a total area of 209,000 sq m –warehouses and maneuvering exterior areas–, which makes an appropriate space to establish for the road transport of goods companies. It is connected with three of the main transport networks of the region –AP-7, C-17 and C-33 roads– also it is at 26 km of Barcelona’s Harbor and at 37 km of Barcelona’s International Airport of El Prat.

In this logistics complex operates companies such as TRANSPORTES AZKAR, TNT EXPRESS and FM LOGISTICS IBÉRICA.
