Estrada & Partners advises the transaction of an industrial complex of 15,815 sq m in Barberà del Vallès, property of Mazabi

The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the transaction of an industrial complex of 15,815 sq in Barberà del Vallès (Barcelona); it is an industrial complex of 15,815 sq m total floor area, in a plot of 32,157 sq m, having various buildings divided by use (production, storage-logistics and offices).

The complex is in a correct state of preservation with all kind of facilities and services, parking area, fenced plot perimeter and plenty of loading and unloading dock, among other features.

It is located close to Can Salvatella Industrial Estate B-30 road entrance in the municipality term of Barberà del Vallès, in Vallès Occidental region, at 21 km of Barcelona. It has excellent connections through AP-7, C-58 and C-17 highways.

The main activity of this complex will be industrial supplies distribution, which will be possible thanks to its features, also for the location and the connections with the main communication infrastructures of the region.
