ESTRADA & PARTNERS has been selected to commercialize in exclusivity a 21,390 sq m logistics park in Bràfim Alió (Barcelona)

The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has just received the assignment of commercialization in exclusivity of the Logistics Park property of Inbisa Logistics, built in Bràfim I Logistics Platform, located in Bràfim Alió, Barcelona area (Spain).Logistics park in Brafim

This is a logistics park with a total floor area of 21,390 m2, of which -at the present- are available 15,700 m2, with minimum lettable modulations from 1,400 m2.

The logistics warehouses have a clear height of 10 meters, 37 hydraulic loading and unloading docks on the main façade, a 32 meters maneuvering area, fire protection system –including Sprinklers- and 216 parking spaces, among other features.

The logistics warehouses are located in Bràfim I Logistics Platform, an excellent position for the development of any business project focused on the distribution of goods to the Iberian Peninsula, thanks to its excellent connections with Spain and Europe through important motorways (AP-2, AP-7, AP-2 and C-32) that also link the platform to the airports and ports both of Tarragona and Barcelona.
