The real estate firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a logistics platform of 15,600 sq m to the company Transportes Azkar, S.A., integrated and international logistics operator.
It is an isolated logistics warehouse with plenty of loading and unloading docks, prepared offices, great corporate image and large areas for maneuvering.
The logistics platform is located in “Urbasa” Industrial Estate, in the town of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, in Barcelona’s area, which has excellent connections to Barcelona and Europe thanks to the proximity of roads AP-7, C-17 and C-59.
