The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a logistics warehouse of 1,930 sq m to the company FERCAM Transportes S.A., dedicated to logistics and transport.
It is a newly constructed logistics warehouse, with isostatic structure, and equipped with plenty of loading and unloading docks with large maneuvering areas, a clear height of 10.5 m, parking spaces, sprinklers and smoke evacuation and prepared offices, among other features.
The logistics warehouse is part of a logistics complex is composed of ten warehouses qith a combined total built area of 19,300 sq m that Estrada & Partners currently commercializes.
The complex is located in “Torre Bovera” Industrial Estate, in the town of Sant Andreu de la Barca, in Barcelona, where it has excellent connections by road through Baix Llobregat Highway and the motorways A-2 and A-7.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has taken part in the operation representing the owner.
