The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a logistics warehouse of 2,000 sq m -property of CILSA– to WESTWING, e-commerce company dedicated to home decor.
It is an open-plan, newly constructed logistics warehouse, fully equipped with plenty of loading and unloading docks and access ramps for light vehicles, 10 to 12 m of height, fully equipped offices, fire protection system –including Sprinklers and sectorization-, fiber optic, customer care and service center, among other features.
The logistics warehouse is located in ZAL II (Logistics Activities Area), in the Port of Barcelona, next to the Free Trade Zone and Barcelona’s Airport, which has excellent connections through AP-7 and AP-2 highways, which link Spain and Europe. In addition, the logistics warehouse is easily accessible by public transportation.
