The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a plot of 9,003 sq m to the company Zarca S.L., specialized in sea containers.
The aim of this operating is to expand Zarca facilities, which already has facilities in the Port of Barcelona.
The leased plot is located in “Santa Rita” Industrial Estate, in the town of Castellbisbal, in Barcelona, where it has excellent connections with Spain and Europe through AP-7 Highway and A-2 Motorway.
Zarca S.L. is a service company that develops activities around sea containers, having created specialized divisions, among which are the sale and lease of sea containers, portable cold rooms, modular sets and site offices; the transformation of containers for industrial and private use; depot services and certified inspections of tanks containers; and computer services for companies.
