The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners opens office in Madrid, initiating its activities during May and counting on the incorporation of Claudio Losa as shareholder and Head of Madrid Office.
With the opening of these offices, Estrada & Partners will offer its services both from Barcelona’s area –where it operates since its founding in 2005- and from Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha regions, thus enhancing its presence in logistics and industrial real estate market on a national level, in order to satisfy the needs of its clients in a larger and more efficient way.
Claudio Losa is graduated in Business Administration by Universitat de Valencia and has an extensive career in logistics – industrial real estate and offices sector, highlighting his more than 15 years of experience in companies like Inmocapital, Knight Frank and DTZ, where he met Víctor Estrada. During the past 10 years, he has been developing his work at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he held the position of National Director of Major Accounts of Industrial and Logistics Investment, and he eventually left the company last March.
The main operations in which he has taken part during the past 3 years include 43,000 sq m and 23,000 sq m leased to DOCOUT in Tarancón and Sallent, respectively (2013); 45,000 sq m leased to NORBERT DENTRESSANGLE in Alovera (2013) and, afterwards, 33,000 sq m leased in the same town (2014); 34,000 sq m in the first platform of AMAZON in Spain (2012) in the town of San Fernando de Henares and its subsequent sale to a local investor group (2013); 26,000 sq m leased to LG ELECTRONICS in Azuqueca de Henares (2014); 26,000 sq m leased to LOGISTA in the vicinity of Rome (2013); etc. Among the owners with whom he had worked in these and other transactions in the last year are Prologis, Goodman, Redevco and CBRE Global, among others.
