MANIPULADOS DEL RETRÁCTIL 91 rents the first warehouse in Derbi complex advised by ESTRADA & PARTNERS

The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a logistics warehouse of 3,940 sq m to the company Manipulados del Retráctil 91, S.L., dedicated to shrink-wrapping and blister-packing.

It is an isolated logistics warehouse equipped with fully operating facilities, two loading and unloading docks and a clear height of 9 metres.

This logistics warehouse is part of Derbi –  Rabasa Complex (formerly occupied by Piaggio), which also includes two other warehouses of 14,000 sq m of total built area and a commercial warehouse of 1,400 sq m that Estrada & Partners currently commercializes.

The complex is located in “Roca” Industrial Estate, in Martorelles (Barcelona), a town where the industrial sector has great relevance and where the complex has great visibility from AP-7 Highway, which has easy access and connects with Spain and Europe.
